Our owner Eddie does all the buying himself, drawing on 40+ years of market experience to select the best produce from the right growing regions across Australia.
We source locally whenever possible – we’ve worked with many of our Sunshine Coast farms for 15-20+ years. When local isn’t in season, we go to the growers who are producing the best quality at that time, whether that’s interstate or further afield.

When you become a customer, we don’t hand you a generic catalogue and send you on your way. We take the time to understand your business – what you’re cooking, what quality levels you need, and what your budget looks like.
From there, we create a customised price list and shopping guide tailored specifically to your operation. A fine dining restaurant gets different pricing and produce options than a high-volume pub kitchen, and we adjust accordingly.
This means you’re not paying for quality you don’t need, and you’re not stuck with produce that doesn’t suit your menu. It’s built around how you actually run your kitchen.

Things go wrong sometimes. Orders get mixed up, quality isn’t quite right, or you forgot to order something critical for tonight’s service. When that happens, we are there to help.
Because we’re local, we can respond quickly. Call us and we’ll sort it out – often we can resolves issues on the same day. Compare that to Brisbane-based suppliers who can’t do anything until the next delivery run.
We also answer our phones. That might sound basic, but you’d be surprised how many suppliers don’t. If you need to talk to someone, we’re here.
